Customer Need Identification

1) Define the scope.

Product : Intelligent Dryer

Target customer : IIUM Student and Staff (Primary target).

Will be introduced to public if we achieve 50% of or primary target.

2) Gather Raw Data.

We choose to conduct two methods to gather raw data.

  • Interview.
  • Questionnaire.
